Aikido is a Japanese discipline which originates from martial arts like jujutsu (bare hand fighting art) , kenjutsu (swordsmanship) and sojutsu (spear) and was founded in the middle of the last century by Morihei Ueshiba, great Master and researcher both in the martial field and in mysticism.
